There is Power in Unity

One Focus Network launched July 1, 2017 to advance life-giving churches throughout the United States and around the world. Its rich history comes from the strong foundation of two former church networks — Grace Network and New Life Ministries International.

Unity of vision, mission, leadership, and finances enables congregations to make a more significant impact than any of the congregations could make on their own.

Annual Conference

The OFN Annual Conference, held each Fall, is a 2.5 day event aimed at equipping, encouraging, and engaging our network leaders. Attendees gain access to important theological insights, practical church leadership strategies, prophetic impartation, and guidance for leading in a rapidly evolving culture. The conference is an incredible networking and ministry opportunity.

Pastoral Training Intensives

The OFN Pastoral Training Intensive (PTI) is an annual multi-day intensive, designed for partner ministers, held in the Black Hills of South Dakota. This retreat focuses on deepening pastors’ understanding of their ministry, providing them with valuable teachings and a chance to hear God away from their usual environment. Alongside the teaching elements, PTI also offers an extended time for pastors to bond with their peers, share experiences, and engage in fun outdoor activities. PTI is an invitation-only event.

SEA Groups

SEA stands for Support, Encouragement, and Accountability. SEA groups are small ministerial groups composed of One Focus leaders. SEA groups meet several times a year, in person or virtually. These groups are generally led by an ELT member. Pastors are encouraged to stay closely connected with their SEA group, keeping them abreast of their needs, successes, struggles and changes.

Thrive

“Thrive” is an initiative aimed at helping churches evaluate and refocus their ministries. One Focus Network facilitates a process that takes place on-site and in-person. This involves transparent conversations, data collection, ministry observations, prophetic prayer, and meeting with the church’s staff, elders, and lay leadership. This firsthand approach allows for a balanced assessment and follow-up recommendations from the Thrive team. Thrive specifically targets three key areas: Leadership, Structure, and Ministry.
