Get equipped for success.

Network leaders are provided with numerous opportunities throughout the year to receive training, strengthening, mobilizing, and refreshing. Participants are challenged; new leaders emerge; and ministers are sent out to share the Good News.

Leadership Development

Members have the opportunity to enjoy one-on-one coaching sessions, ministerial fellowships, annual leadership retreats and network-wide conferences.

Ministry Training

Network pastors can send their emerging leaders to inspiring, relevant, and intensely practical training weekend trainings–up to 8 weekends over 2 years.

Local Impact

One Focus comes alongside existing local ministries to help them reach their prophetic destiny in God by providing consulting, coaching, and assessment tools.
