Annual Conference
A two and a half day fall gathering to equip leaders and foster connection through teaching, strategy, and prophetic insight.
Pastoral Training Intensives
Pastoral Training Intensives are an invitation-only retreat that provides pastors with valuable teachings and a chance to hear from God away from their usual environment. There are several week-long PTI events every summer.
SEA Groups
Year-round Support, Encouragement, and Accountability for leaders through regular connection and guidance. Groups for rising leaders, established senior leaders, women leaders, and leadership couples.
Thrive
In-person training and assessment to strengthen church leadership, structure, and ministry.
