COVID-19 RESOURCES

Pastors,

The dynamic of COVID-19 continues to play out in real time in our cities and communities. I know that many churches like ours are grappling with how to respond: from looking for places to minister to our hurting communities and even more specifically choosing whether or not to continue to gather on a weekend service.

As a network we want to continue to help provide insight, tools, and resources to help each one of our churches and ministries navigate this moment well.

Below are some additional documents that maybe helpful:

  • Medical Document | A document prepared by medical professionals familiar with Church life with some facts and some recommendations

  • 5 Practical Steps | Some practical steps that your ministries could begin now

  • Volunteer Language | Many of you volunteers maybe nervous about coming into services. Some suggested ways to graciously respond to them

  • Managing Fear in Kids | Our children are experience similar fears and anxieties over this. Some thoughts and steps to pass on to your families.

  • Nuts and Bolts
  • Same Mission, New Strategies

While this is a fluid situation, God was not taken by surprise. He is among His people in a very special way. Let us pray to our Good Father, believe in the Word of God, deeply love our church, and be light to a darkened world needing answers. Divine protection is our inheritance and His name is a refuge for His children to run into.

    Spera in Deo,

    Pastor Joel
